Dear Uncle,
What have you been doing? I know you are worried about my future but I will make good plan for myself. After continuous consideration over my future, I determined not to go up to secondary 6. You needn't feel astonished for I have resonable reasons.
First, I understand I totally haven't the ability to study those academic subjects, like Physics. I realize I don't fit into the curriculum from the fact that I get poor results in my study even if I go to the public library to study every day. I really have tried hard and fulfil all the assignment by my teachers. Therefore, I don't think I should be blamed for the awful result. Second, I have hardly any interest in the subjects I am studying. I didn't have any ideas what's going on while other classmates were doing experiment and investigating science eagerly. Third, the science subjects are useless to me. I am glad to have studied them because they help me to broaden my horizons, like I know what matters are consisted of. Yet, I don't want to study them any more deeply and seriously.
I understand that you still think studying form 6 will offer more opportunity for a place in university but actually there are numerous ways more than you think and know. I intend to study Business for a Bachelor degree in Broadlam Institute of Education in Hong Kong. Having been to different kinds of education fairs, I finally chose this because the lecturers are foreigners so that I can practise my English listening skills from time to time. Also, I can get a certificate from the University of Balabia in Australia upon completion of the course. Most importantly, I think Business suits me well for I am a talkative person, loving to meet different people. Besides, I am well organised and have abilty of working and getting along with people, even tough ones.
Don't worry my uncle. I will plan well for my career in the future and I know you will let me have my own developing way.
With best wishes,
