我依家做緊project，係講返1995年samsung打入china color tv呢個市場，咁我就要諗下有d咩marketing strategies可以幫samsung，咁我有一個pt係話samsung should provide excellent customers services，想問下咁多位after-sales service有咩examples?同埋questionnaire with feedback算唔算係good customers services? (因為我諗住可以將ｄquestionnaire attach係個ｔｖ箱度，咁如果個顧客寄返questionnaire俾我地，我地就就住佢既意見俾返feedback佢．．．．其實咁樣算唔算？？

如果可以俾ｄ good customers services既examples我就仲好．．．．唔該哂！！！！！

我覺得你個idea 都好好. questionnarie 都算既..但係你做問卷調查未必可以直接令customer 會buy 你既product lor ..只可以話係你地公司提升自已公司servise 既方法.

after -sales servise example - guarantee-- 例如一個月內有問題. 是供free of change 換機
