我想问,点解跑步佐整个礼拜之后,脚会觉得好酸痛呢???
要咩方法解救??

Because of Lactic acid........try to do more stretch after running......its help the lactate removal........or drink sport drink can help to reduce the production of lactate.....

Dont worried....if you run regularly, you will use to it.......
