想約齊嘉賓出席meeting, 除左本身想約果日之外 (e.g 1 Mar, 07), 另外俾多幾日佢地選擇( 1 Apr 07 / 2 Apr 07) , 因為驚唔齊人

I want to date all the guests to attend the meeting, except the day that I have already dated (1 Mar, 07) , I give others few days for them to choose (1 Apr 07 / 2 Apr 07) and because I afraid that cannot have the exactly number of people. (Thanks for your attention.)

Since we wish to have more guests attend our meeting, we will give more dates ( 1 Apr 07 / 2 Apr 07)for them to choose except 1Mar, 07 (our original designated date). We
are afraid that only a few can come.

I would like all the guests to attend the meeting. Besides the date that I have already assigned(1 Mar, 07) , I am giving two other choices for them to choose from(1 Apr 07 / 2 Apr 07),for I'm afraid not all the guests will be able to attend the meeting.

As we all know, we have set our meeting on 1 March 2007. But since this meeting will be an important one, we will like all of you to attend.
