St Stephen's Girls' College (聖士提反女子中學) was one of the first girls' schools in Hong Kong. Originally on Caine Road, the school moved to its current location at Lyttleton Road, Mid-Levels, in 1923. The main building is listed as one of the declared monuments of Hong Kong. The school first opened in 1906. It continues to be one of the most prestigious girls' school in Hong Kong.

聖士堤反女子中學 (St. Stephen's Girls College)由香港聖公會在1906年創辦，是香港歷史最悠久的女子學校之一。
學校校訓是「本信而進前」。該校原址在堅道27號，1923年遷往香港西環列堤頓道2號。校舍已被政府列為香港法定古蹟。校舍面積1100平方米，建築物樓高4層，學校禮堂圍攏於中央，校舍的設計概念和佈局，與中國傳統合院式建築風格相類似。校舍主樓的西翼和中央部分在1923年完成，東翼則在1928年加建。
聖士堤反女子中學部分學生是香港大學首批畢業的女學生。在學校畢業的名人有范徐麗泰、葉劉淑儀、蘇施黃、俞琤、吳君如、江欣燕、江希文、林詠琛。
