告佢Breach of Contract(違返合同)!
關於合同gei法例, 唔一定要簽左紙先得,
要challenge佢breach of contract, 普遍只要付合3點就可以(當然有d會有exceptional cases): 1. Present intent to offer 2. Definiteness of Terms 3. Consideration / Prommisory Estoppel
只要佢有詳細咁同你講過返工gei details (e.g.返工時間, 地點, 人工), 咁已經代表左佢有present intent去make ne 個offer同埋ne個offer係define左 ga la~ 然後, 佢亦有埋consideration, 因為你幫佢做野, 佢會有所得....
雖然, Offeror(ne個case入面即係你老闆)係有權去改變或徹銷個contract, 但ne個都係require係你未同意之前!
尤其是, 當你已經開左工gei話, 佢就唔可以改變同徹銷!
當然, 你亦可以以勞工法例黎challenge佢, 但我唔熟la....
