點解我D曲奇咁硬...?
我整曲奇(麵粉、糖、牛油、梳打粉、雞蛋)唔知點解硬到好似石頭咁~~有冇人可以話我知點解...??thx!!

份量出錯係有可能
但我認為
1.你可能係打牛油同糖果度打得唔夠
要打到顏色明顯淡左
變左好淡既淡黃色
2.雞蛋唔可以係雪櫃攞出黎就即刻用
要係室溫攤凍
唔係就蛋油分離
3.加入面粉之後
唔糸就咁用手搓
要用刮刀以切既方式黎整
如果唔係,會增加筋性
咁都會導致曲奇變硬
maybe u have not put enough butter
or maybe not enough baking soda
or maybe not whipped enough
麵粉、梳打粉或自發粉、牛油、呢三者的比例唔o岩...你落得太多麵粉...你有無焗過龍?焗太耐都會過硬~
