does msn is part of privacy?? and why??

what is the stand points?

basic on what common value??

my point is,

if an information can potentially damage someone right/interest, or any kind of benefit, that information is private.

base on this common value, using others MSN, (in case the user forget to logoff), only for making fd, and nothing harm to the owner. this can be accepted.

am i make any wrong social value??
