If you buy the perform one, you put it in warm water and then test the temp of that pastic and then bite on it.......cut the unwant part and then you can use it while sparring.

Because there are high impact force on martial art or some sport like ruby which easy hurt the teeth......the 護牙套 can protect you again some force........

normally they are on upper teeth........just put the U shape things on the top on your upper teeth is ok......the bottom use face outward...........

remind you should use on sparring.......while one of our student in the boxing club got a broken teeth when sparring.........you should wear it.........
