Why get married to an american woman?

I am a British woman who has been dating her American boyfriend for 2 years. He has only ever dated American women before this.

He loved his American girlfrinds and found them great fun and very expressive, although he does say that a day never went past that they wouldnt end up having a raging row about something and that it was usually instigated by the female.

Having lived in the UK he has seen that women over here are similar but not as confrontational, they may have a debate with you about something they feel passionate about, but wont just get into an arguement for the sake of it.

He says he has a much easier life not having a US girl.

While this may be true of some american women, it's just because they were spoiled rotten.
I think you are really dumb to place them all on the same level, and I really hope you're not one of those people who marries poor women who would never dream of being with you if you didn't have a visa and/or money, who don't dare have any spunk or express their feelings.

Marry an American woman because you love her, not to have a submissive maid around the house.
But I honestly doubt with that attitude that any woman would want to be with you.

I agree and these American women have ruined the American men starting from infancy being raised by American female moms. Then going to school and being taught by American female teachers. The American male is not a man at all but a shell of one. Left vacant and vunerable by these horrible women. As an American woman, I would never marry an American man.

A wee bit judgmental and cynical aren't you? I happen to be American and a woman and am not in the slightest as you describe. I have met many women like that but the worst I ever met was British so what's her reason? Maybe you've just been attracted to the wrong kind of woman who fills your need to keep this bias alive in your head. Also, your preferred women seem to run to the ones who are taught to be servile to their man. Maybe you just need a butt kissing man is god type woman to make you happy.
Sorry to be rude sounding but it's really not fair to judge all American woman by the ones who have behaved in the manner you describe.

you're geared for some abuse here. i am asian but i have lived in the states for long enough so i understand both cultures very well. i can see and have seen some guys who ONLY date asian, southern pacific and eastern european: they're egoistic and chau·vin·istic men! your summary of american women are just totally wrong and you don't deserve them! it is a total bias to generalize majority of women over millions of population. have you dated them all? and you make it sound like you're a perfect guy who has no faults. reltaionship takes 2 to form. if there is a problem, you are the problem! so when you say 85% of american women has the problem, you have the 43% percentage of the excessive ego for women then (sharing half of the faults)! life goes two ways: if you have an attitude like that, you ain't gonna find happiness in your life. Sorry for you!

All women r same, irrespective of their place of origin. Their assertiveness varies based on the level of education and achievements.

Dude....If you wanna be happy for the rest of your life, make a Latina woman your wife (just like the song). American women aren't sensitive or pleasing. Latin women spoil their men and make you want to be a good husband.

I agree with you to some degree, it's one of the reasons I don't have a ton of female friends. Shallow women are out there, but American men are no picnic either. Maybe you date bimbos who like shiny objects.

And you really think you can keep your mail order woman down on the farm after she's seen the big city lights? Good luck with that. She'll wind up putting ground glass in your food. And these non American ideal women will be using sex to get what they want - citizenship. Silly boy.

I agree with you 100%. American women have more snakes in their heads than anyone I have met in the world. I have been around the world and dated women from all over. I will do without before I bother with the head cases in this country ever again.

Well I have a freind who married a foreign girl .He was the son of a millionaire and was in real estate.He brought her here and sent money to her family ,he paid to have her family home rebuilt as they lived in squalor.In the end she got over here,met a immigrant from her country and told him thanks but I have more in common with Gustav and left him.Some of these companies are really scams as soon as the women get their green cards they leave you.I also want to give you some food for thought .Have you tryed going to church? American women raised in certain religous backrounds are taught the man is always the boss.I know I was taught that for the first 30 years of my life.Women in religious communities are not feminist ,they strive to make their husbands happy.My problem with this was I totally dedicated myself to my husband and then found out he was cheating and calling sex chat hotlines.It broke my heart.Please keep an open mind about American woman.Just because you get a woman from the Ukraine does not mean she will have good morals.Many of them have been trafficked,sold in to strip clubs or as prostitutes for many of these women on the dating websites a marriage to an American man is an escape from prostitution .They are trained to tell you what you want to hear.Some of these websites are actaully a cover for human trafficking gangs.They sell brides and the women have very little choice.If you do decide to do this please get very educated and spend alot of time talking with your prospective wife.The customs are very diffrent as well.Find out all that you can.Best wishes and may you find the true love you are searching for.
