E堆野有冇名堂？？

Using a word to describe the leading alphabet can probably be two things:

1. An alphabet rhyme aiming to teach people spelling, which is likely to be your case.

2. A coding system called "Phonetic Alphabets" that is used in communication. There are different systems (check the link below for details) and they're mostly used in radio conversation. E.g. you'll hear the policeman says "The car license is Romeo Bravo three one zero three" instead of "R, B, three one zero three".
