如果煮麵,我用75克牛肉(即$5牛肉),
水,鹽,生抽和栗粉要落幾多茶匙

唔好比鹽,會“un”;5蚊牛肉大約用生抽同粟粉各1茶匙,糖3/4茶匙,水1湯匙就夠。記住臨放落鍋前要攪"雲"下至落喎!
不過呢個係我哩個師奶既家庭口味,希望亦合你口味啦!

Usually i dont measure. And mom told me not to use salt when marinate beef. I will use soy sauce and sugar. Add sufficient soy sauce so that every piece is covered. Sugar just a few teaspoon. You are not pickeling beef with syrup so dont put too much. It's a good idea to add corn starch in particular you when your beef to be softer and when you dont have too much marinating time. I think a table spoon is good. You dont want to see the a thick layer of starch on your beef. If it happens, add a little water to dissolve the starch. But mostly I skip this and let the marination for at least 15 mins. You have sliced the beef and they should be quick to be marinated with increased surface. I also add some oil.

Or to make it simple, buy some satay sauce to marinate your beef. They are delicious too. No other sauce you need, just put sufficient sauce to cover each piece. Yum Yum.
