Go to runescape.com first.
Then you will see some knowledge thing,
go down and you will see something about your account,
one of them is change password.
You just need to log in there,
then type your old password and the new password that you want.
And if the password has no problems,
you can use your new password!

Go to the homepage of RuneScape (www.runescape.com), go down to "Account Management", then click on "Change Password", log-in to your account, enter your password again, and your new password TWICE, click on finish, or sort of thing, then your password will be changed if the Jagex accept your password.
