我係個管理階層-來年管理計劃目標5个
<服裝門市>包括TRAINING STAFF,MANAGEMENT,
提高生意額,人流..自我UP-GRADE建議..

1) Review what were the five problematic matters last year with quantifiable figures for indications
for example:
Unsatisfactory sales figures last year whether were the causes of:
a) a high employee(sale staff) turnover rate: you may identify what 's the turnover rate? what the time average they had stayed?
b) poor performance & sales attitude to customers: what kind of training to them is appropriate? Organizational culture and behavior training for improving techniques of customer greeting and retention
c)poor quality of sales staff: what quality of sales staff is needed this year? ecourage existing sales staff to have further study to be a professional & smart sales that could benefit to possible future promotion
d) poor visual merchandising: lighting & decor, product layouts, displays, position of racks & shelfs whether need to improve for staying-home -comfort thus it would bring more customer visits.
e) poor management: how do you think yourself? do you need to improve leadship skills by training for effective managing people, leading, driving & motivating your sales staff for best performance
2) reveiw the total sales and operating cost last year
3) finally establish your this year quantitative objectives, budgets and % of each improvement against last year of 1) a,b,c,d,e and 2)
Above is the most simple plan (or MBO) for your shop or yourselves.

1. For the training of staff: have one training course per staff in 2007.
2. For the management: have regular weekly meeting among the staffs and raise new idea in the meeting in order to improve the company in 2007.
3. For the turnover: have an involvement in a new market segment in 2007.
4. For the customer flow: have a new advertisement champaign in 2007.
5. For the self up-grade: to have job rotation in order to develop new skill in 2007.

閣下一定係店長,拒離管理階層仲有一定時間,所以不懂寫來年管理計劃目標 是正常的,而所謂管理階叫你寫,只是一些參考資料。你不用太費神,吹吹水就得。
