求以Excel做入貨、銷貨、再出送貨單、提貨單、但要簡化steps的方法!!

請Excel高手來指點一下!!有關倉務的問題~~

這是一向在做的steps:

1. 向工廠訂貨,之後把訂貨數量存入「貨倉記錄」的Sheet
2. Agent來訂貨單-做已訂貨但未提貨記錄(在Excel 的sheet中列明item, 數量,以job No.作主導來排序)
3. Agent提貨-在「貨倉記錄」中選擇貨物再扣數
4. 開送貨單(set了formula, enter 貨倉記錄的row .No. 就是)
5. 開倉庫的提貨單(也set了formula,步驟同上)
6. 開已提貨記錄(銷貨記錄)(一個不會完結的Record)
7. Delete先前的已訂貨但未提貨記錄

請問Excel有沒有功能可以令工作的步驟簡化~~~例如少做一些 copy & paste 但一樣可以出送貨單、提貨單,出貨記錄等東西呢……..

而且銷貨記錄愈開愈大,又可以把它分開呢~~

請詳細回答~~~Please~因為我不太懂Excel,但我要替同事度方法.......

EXCEL is not a good method, ACESS is better.
becasue EXCEL is only for doing simple database calculation.
ACCESS can accept large database....

Access is a program to handle your transactions, inventory, and service call. It can be done by Access easily, you can find some records easily as well.Yes, Excel does, Excel have limited data, as my experience, the database will be appeared heavy loaded and out-of-memory.
