i am a broker, i want to buy some potential client's contacts to cold call . which company or what methods should I use. Has anyone tried i-audience.com?

i also need cold calling for my companyevery month i got to source over 1,000 company's information
including Address, Phone, Fax, E-mail, Website, Contact Person......
just go check up the HKTDC website
