Create Step:

1. CD\

2. md XXXX (folder's name)

then should make a folder already...

Delete Folder

1. Cd\

2. cd XXXX

it will come up like

C:\XXXX>

type Del *.*

then it will ask you are you sure delete .... (Y/N) ?

type y

after that,

cd\

rd XXXX

then the folder will disappear...
