做法 : 煎

材料


XO醬 3 湯匙,蘿蔔糕 400 克 [14 安士/10.5 兩] [切件],烤香花生碎及芫荽 灑面用 [隨意]

做法

1. 用2湯匙油將蘿蔔糕煎至金黃。
2. 加入李錦記XO醬炒勻至熱透,灑上烤香花生碎及芫荽。





發財好市 (蠔油髮菜蠔豉)

材料

生菜 225 克 [6 兩],蠔豉 8 隻,濕髮菜 38 克 [1 兩],冬菇 1 隻 [浸透],水 300 毫升

芡汁

特級老抽 少許,鹽 1/4 茶匙,糖 1/4 茶匙


鮮味雞粉 1/5 茶匙
舊庄特級蠔油 1 ½ 湯匙
芝麻油 (混合) 少許,粟粉 2 茶匙,水 200 毫升 [約 14 湯匙]
做法

1. 先將蠔豉清洗去沙,用油爆香薑蔥及蠔豉,加鹽1/3茶匙、糖1/4茶匙、
李錦記舊庄特級蠔油1/2湯匙及水煲至淋。
2. 將生菜炒熟,蠔豉放面,髮菜及冬菇放中央,煮熱芡汁淋面。
