I live in 新加坡。我弟弟今日生日，我媽媽用$45買咗錄音生日卡，她放了一封利是封在卡裏，(因為弟弟是跟爸住，而爸常沒收利是錢)，兩日前寄出。
今日，郵局打來說，“Singapore cannot send money. Come back tomorrow to get back your letter.”
媽：「吞埋我個$40，重要拆lan晒封信。你重要寄出去！有無私隱權ga?!不見了可由我負責，但都不用搞到這個地步啊！」
總郵局：「與你無關。」
大家，到底誰對誰錯？

總郵局有權為了查違禁品而開信，而寄錢就一定幾乎全世界都唔准，邊可能話抓人犯規（嚴格來講，係違反合約）的被指侵犯私隱權的道理？

個問題只係職員無解釋清楚為何錢係違禁品，但係，其實都講明左，Singapore cannot send money.

如果你阿媽有道理的，同理，下次寄其他違禁品，郵局點查？這是不可能的。

It is Singapore. Legally your post office has done nothing wrong. You may be just expecting too much regarding "freedom" in the country.

You stay in there and you have to live with its nonsenses.
