✔ 最佳答案
I think that
1) Your staff should receive TB vaccine before working in clinical area (actually, healthcare professionals should receive different kinds of vaccine regularly to prevent being infected by different diseases)
2) Your staff should wear personal protective equipment (PPE), For hospital, when they have to take care patients, they have to wear apron and surgical marks and gloves. If they know that they have to contact with patient with infected disease, such as TB, they should wear protective glasses, N95 marks, surgical gloves, protective apron. For clinic, your staff still have to wear surgical marks and gloves
3) You should prepare a N95 marks for the patient if you think he/ she suffers from TB during transportation in public area. It is a method to prevent the bacteria spread and infect other other patients
4) If the patient is transported to ward or treatment room, TB patient may need oxygen to support, you should choose a oxygen marks with close-loop to filter the breath out gas
5) You should make sure your clinic/ hospital/ ward to have sufficient ventilation. It is a method to reduce the concentration of bacteria in the indoor area and reduce the chance to infect the others
6) For gloves and marks, it should be disposable. For any other equipment, Chlorine can be used for dis-infection.
7) Start the medical treatment to patients as soon as possible to reduce the reactivites of bacteria
