I am looking for a Sandisk CF card for my 400D at the moment.
But I am in the middle of designing what CF card should I get.
My best 2 are the follow:
1, Sandisk Ulta 2.0GB
2, Sandisk Extreme 2.0GB
But I don't know what are the differences between 2 of these cards.
Can anyone help me out?

Extreme is faster than Ultra.If you're taking photos rapidly, as some photographers do, getting an Extreme one would be better as it would save quicker to your CF card.
It would also mean quicker download speed, from the CF card to your computer.
