A: The answer is no, unless the currency you used to sell the item was HKD. You will have to do the exchange yourself, and you can only withdraw in HKD in a HK-Paypal account.

Q: 要手續費扣除嗎?
A: It depends on what kind of member you are. If you are a premier/business member, then the Paypal fee will be 2.4-3.4%. If you are a basic personal account member, it is free to receive money UNLESS the payment was made by credit/debit card (in which case will be 5.4%). The actual handling charge for currency exchange will be included in the exchange rate, thats why Paypal's rate is always worse than the bank can offer (e.g. 1USD should be ~7.78HKD, but they will only give ~7.5HKD).

Q: 當收到金額紀錄,要如何取款?
A: You have to register your Hong Kong or US bank account first: Log in -> Profile -> Bank accounts -> Add. You can withdraw the money once this is done.
