開機揀完使用者後
見到個桌面時 照常彈d平時都會開既程式
但開開下成部機停左係到唔郁 禁咩都唔得
用safe mode清完毒都係咁
可以幫幫我嗎
入windows後電腦定格

用 Installation Disk to fix.if not work, try to unload the not-use programs.
if still not work, reinstall the OS.
