因為感冒既成因大多數係因過濾性病毒而引起, 而上千上萬既過濾性病毒種類可以話係防不勝防, 基本既治療方法就係靠自己既免疫系統去殺毒, 當然, 受感染既程度及自身既抵抗力就係痊癒與否既關鍵, 有病, 就梗係要去睇醫生啦

I've just received the vaccination and the doctor said that it can last for ~1 year which can cover the necessary period. After which, new vaccination is required to cover new types of flu in the coming year.
