I use a very similar computer for work as a software developer. For home use, it's definitely enough, even if you're into games!

For the graphics card, either one is fine.

For DVD Burner, get a Lite-On 16X Dual Layer one.

For LCD monitor, 21" is a lot more expensive than the 19" one. Personally, I think 19" is big enough, even for games.
