- 本公司近日已向貴司詢問過下列訂單編號及產品的出貨日期三次,但至今仍未收到有關回覆.
一旦我們的客人因船期延誤而取消訂單,本公司有權要求貴廠賠償.
請貴廠嚴謹處理及於日內回覆.

Our company has been asked for the shipment date and reference number of our order
3 times already.So far we still have no reply from your company.We have right to request
your company bear all of losses to our company in case of our client/customer cancel
their order due to the shipment date postponed.Please get it cautiously and reply to us within XX day.

Our company has already inquired your department producing goods date three times of the serial number and products of the following orders recently, but does not receive having something to do with to reply yet so far.
Once our guests cancel the order because the date of shipment is delayed, our company has the right to require your factory to compensate.
Ask your factory to deal with and extend to replying rigorously in a few days.

My company has already asked your company three times for the following order no delivery details, but still not yet receive your reply...
Once our client cancel the booking because of the delay of the shipment date, you have to bear all the liability of the delay...
Please pay attention & revert at once/ immediately....
