遮眼圈!??!

FOUNDATION BASE 底霜, 係於搽粉底液前用的,
有一些是有分顏色(例如:黃, 綠, 紫, 白, depend on 你skin 既膚色, 可以改善膚色,
有些人搽完可以唔搽粉底液就出街, 咁就自然一d)
最近買左BIOTHERM 既黃色底霜
可以改善膚色之餘, 特點係蓋埋黑眼圈, 都OK好用. HK$230
平平地mabelline 都ok

如果你搽 BASE, 加番D碎粉, 咁就可以好CAUSAL 咁出街,
改善左膚色之餘, 又有防曬, 咁就好正...又唔會覺你化妝 ,
另外, 呢排天氣咁DRY, 呢個BASE 都幾潤架

As the skin is belong to tone white, the dark circle will easily seen and obvious.

I suggest you to use the eye cream first, donno here can post the brand?
then fill with a thin layer of concealer - mine using the type is lip stick like call KP.
they have 3 tones to match your face color.

After above step, if u fill the eye looks small, u can draw the eye liner one top of eyelash, it will make yr eyes look larger and fresh, plus using macara.
