都有收你錢
借錢都是legality,

但是，就有一個問題

如果對方是minors(未成年)
18歲以下

咁就有可能唔得

如果佢借錢是for生活必須品/教育
就冇問題

但是佢借來，買game/ 買漫畫...
就唔得

你取唔返錢

另外，對方是mentally disorder persons精神有問題
咁合約都是vold

你不能取回錢

現在最重要是對方是否minors(未成年)又或者mentally disorder persons精神有問題的人二者都唔是，就有效ge la另外，飲酒(就可能得，可能唔得)要看佢是否醉...先得
