According to below e-mail haven't received your reply, and that we receive the statement again form DHL on 31/1. The freight charge still haven't removed to the TNB.
Another, we receive an invoice from UPS regarding the cable Rotary 22GA 5 Cond #8445 (196.0222) shipment of freight charge HK$1,559.16. Would you please tell DHL contact and re-issue the invoice to TNB.

we have not received any reply what you have sent according to our e-mail records.But we have received that on 31/1 from DHL.However the freightage still has not removed
to TNB.
