自殺是否犯法

說一個case你聽
Beresford v Royal Insurance Co Ltd(1938)
B insured his life for GBP50000. Tis amount was to be paid on his death (even if by suicide). Some years after taking out his policy, B shot himself in a taxi- cab, intending that the insurance money should be used to pay off his heavy debts.

Held : That B's personal representatives could not recover from the insurance company the GBP 50000, for it is contrary to ploicy to permit B's estate to benefit by reason of the commission of a crime ( suicide was at that time a crime).

這個case是話買live保險，但是對方自殺
最後，個法庭話，自殺是犯法，所以不能賠錢

至於你話唔死，會否被起訴?
不會

根據香港法例第212章《侵害人身罪條例》第33A條︰


「訂定任何人自殺即屬刑事罪行的法律規則現予撤銷。」

自殺是會犯法!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!若果唔死得，會被起訴!!!!!!!!!!!!!

是犯法；會起訴的。

自殺死與唔死都係犯法，只係有無得追究或起訴咁解，你死唔通走去追究你咩。
不過唔死的話會有可能起訴你浪費政府人力物力或阻差辦功，不過好少會咁做，但
佢地會保留追究權利。
所以話千其唔好咁易睇唔開呀！對你或對你身邊人都唔好啦！
