我認為選擇球鞋，第一係要考慮是否能夠保護雙腳． 功能乃其次．因為我認為技術，如彈跳力，個人身體的能力比鞋幫助的能力大好多．
不過保護雙腳，鞋就是一個重要的角色！
最好選擇一些高一些，能過腳腕的就最好，減低扭傷的機會． 同埋有air 果ｄ都好有用，因為籃球都係要經常跳動的活動！ ａｉｒ可以減低落地的衝力，保護膝蓋受損！
