I think Pentax Optio A20 is better than canon 850is and 900ti.
it is because it hads the SR(Shake Reduction) Image stablizing system(CCD-Shift)
It also have ISO 1600 (800 in normal use, 1600 only showed in the "blur-rebuction mode)
