跑步時綁在腳的鉛,對於腳有害處嗎?

個室頭哥會加會付荷,不過如果真係想練,1-2 time per week好了...

平時鍛練時負重,到比賽時沒有負重,自然會跑得快一些。
maybe有害處in different way
