我想問下如果要開除一個工人,用下面咁既內容得唔得呢??會唔會比人笑呢??因為我司得我一個文員,咩都要做曬,但係我d英文完全唔得,可否幫下我!!呢封信係比d尼泊爾人家.所以一定要用英文........如果唔係咁打應該要點打呢??

We are sorry to inform you that your employment will be terminated due to restructuring of the Company. Here we are giving you ____ days notice, so the termination will be effective from _______________ and your last day will be ____________________. Please feel free to let me know if you require any reference letter.
