在美國使用提款機提款

本人在現身在美國，需要提款交學費，剛用恆生卡在chase 提款機提了USD1200 (提了兩次，Max一次是800)，上網查核才發現被charge了二百四十元附加費。在美國提款，不是只收HKD30元附加費嗎？兩次不只是HKD60? 還是匯率不是1:7.8？本人用的是城大的VISA，內有恆生戶口。

It should not be only HK$30.00 each. Their rules & regulations should be 5% of your amount withdraw or minium HK$30.00 whichever is the highest (if I remember correctly of 5%)That means:
If you withdraw HK$100, they will charge you HK$30.00
If you withdraw HK$3000, they will charge you HK$150.00

everytime u use ur atm they will charge u twenty five dollars plus the exchange rate
of the day. U should have a Bank of America card from Hong Kong they could make
arrangements for u to waive the handling fee. Too late now
