如果所有証據都係對你朋友不利, 咁冇計啦, 唯有向法官求情減刑, 揾多d証明你朋友係一個温和有禮的人 (求情信之類), 是一時衝動下犯錯.

It is good question .If he fright with ur friend ,CCTV have record for ur friend .Court will charge two people fright on street .it not only ur friend .ur friend can find good lawyer to charge him because both have frighting so u need to wait court to give ur result .

u can find somebody to check his crime record .i believe that he take drugs befroe .If u can give his drugs record before ,court may not change ur friend

u need to government welfare lawyer department and they will help u
