How to run 800m?And am i fast in 100m

i think i need to know how tall are you and how long are your legs. because only tell us you are 11 years old is not enough. if you are around 150cm, i think it's quite gd.but if you are taller than (around) 158cm, then sure you need to practise more.

for me, i think you can do better since you are only 11 years old. you can do more exercises to improve your muscles

usually for running, we can cut line after half of the route. so i think at least you need to run in your line for400m i think. ^^

run 13.06 in 100m is quite fast......
i cant do it.......
i only can run 15.76
