我要做bio TAS,個題目係"investigation on relationship between temperature and respiration of mealworm."
個實驗係將mealworm放入玻璃瓶度,then將玻璃瓶放響不同溫度的水中,再量度mealworm釋出的二氧化碳量.
我想問下點樣可以將d水保持響一個特定的溫度,雖然有冰提供,但我唔係好明d冰要離做咩lor.另外,我想問下呢個實驗ge principles,assumptions同limitation係咩~~希望有人幫到我,有20分架~~

Mealworms, like all insects, are are cold-blooded organisms and so changes in the environment affect the rate at which physical changes occur. Normally, increases in temperature speed up the rate of change. Rapid development is due to an increase in metabolism and hormone action brought about by the increased temperature.

Assumption:
Temperature inside the bottles is the same as the water temp.

Limitation:
Mealworm will insprie a lot for CO2 during the experiment.
reapiratory behavior will be change if the meal if the CO2/O2 content changed inside the bottle
