Passive Voice is used:
1. To stress the importance of the action rather than the doer of the action e.g.
Active: People speak English all over the world.
Passive: English is spoken all over the world.

2. when the doer of the action is unknow e.g.
Active: Somebody has stolen my car.
Passive: My car has been stolen.

Kimchi is made every autumn 的意思是 --朝鮮泡菜是在每次秋季時製造的。

passive voice 係 被動式
passive voice 係 被XX

e.g The classroom is cleaned every day. (課室每天都被清潔。)
My key is stolen yesterday. (我的鑰匙被盜...)
