did you mean how to keep the DIY chocolate not melting? the melting temperature of chocolate depends highly on the last melting temperature.
If you are re moulding your own chocolate, remember to heat it to a high temperature then remove from heat. Then your chocolate won't be melting in room temperature.

but also remember not to over heat the chocolate or the chocolate wont taste nice.. do it in hot water bath will be a good choice
