If it is a notice to inform the staff of the company, it should contain:
Name and post of the staff to be away or to travel on official business;
Purposes of the travel and expected result of the travel (e.g. to represent the company to sign a contracr);
Duration of the travel, including date and time (from....to....) and travel/accomodation arrangements;
Place of travel for the company to be visited;
Arrangement of another staff to do his/her job during his/her absence;

(If it is an appointment letter to the staff concerned, it should contain similar details)
