~鮮蝦芒果蟹籽沙律~

 材料:8隻 鮮蝦
    1個 芒果
    1湯匙 蟹籽

 調味料:50毫升 橄欖油
     20毫升 紅酒醋
     少許 辣椒仔汁
     1湯匙 蟹籽
     適量 芒果粒

 做法:1) 將鮮蝦剪開背部剔腸,洗淨,抹乾,用少許油煎熟
    2)芒果去皮、起肉、切粒,備用
    3)將橄欖油和紅酒醋先混合,然後再加入辣椒仔汁,芒果粒和蟹籽拌勻
    4)將芒果、蟹籽、油醋汁及鮮蝦拌勻上碟,即可


~元氣蟹子沙律~

材料:130g沙律醬
   10條蟹柳
   約一條青瓜cut成小片

做法:1)先落沙律醬
   2)再將蟹柳1開4,再渣爛放入沙律醬度(其實唔渣都ok,係搞勻果陣整爛都ok)
   3)再放青瓜片
   4)搞勻

P.S上碟....每125g既沙律放一茶匙蟹子

鮮蝦芒果蟹籽沙律 - Shrimp, Mango and Crab Roe Salad

材料:

少許 辣椒仔汁 1湯匙 蟹籽

做法:
1. 將鮮蝦剪開背部剔腸,洗淨,抹乾,用少許油煎熟
2. 芒果去皮、起肉、切粒,備用
3. 將橄欖油和紅酒醋先混合,然後再加入辣椒仔汁,芒果粒和蟹籽拌勻
4. 將芒果、蟹籽、油醋汁及鮮蝦拌勻上碟,即可


Ingredient:
8 pcs shrimp 1 pc mango
1 tbsp crab roe


Seasoning:
50 ml olive oil 20 ml red vinaigrette
some Tabasco 1 tbsp crab roe
some chopped mango


Cooking Method:
1. Remove the intestine of the shrimp and rinse. Absorb the water and pan-fry.
2. Remove the skin of the mango and take out the meat and diced.
3. Mix the olive oil with the vinaigrette. Then, add in tabasco, chopped mango and crab roe.
4. Mix mango, crab roe and vinaigrette and shrimp on dish. Serve.


Mga Sangkap:
8 pirasong hipon 1 pirasong mangga
1 kutsarang crab roe


Panimpla:
50 ml Olive oil 20 ml pulang suka
kaunting Tabasco 1 kutsarang crab roe
kaunting tinadtad na mangga


Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Alisin ang bituka ng hipon at hugasan. Ipasipsip ang tubig at iprito.
2. Balatan ang mangga at kunin ang laman at tadtarin.
3. Ihalo ang olive oil sa suka. Tapos, idagdag ang tabasco, tinadtad na mangga at crab roe
4. Idagdag ang alimasag at vinaigrette at ilagay sa plato. Ilagay ang hipon sa ibabaw


Bahan:
8 ekor udang 1 buah mangga
1 sdm telur kepiting


Bumbu-Bumbu:
50 ml minyak zaitun 20 ml red vinaigrette
Sedikit Tabasco (sambal) 1 sdm telur kepiting
Sedikit mangga, potong keci-kecil


Cara Memasak:
1. Bersihkan lender udang dan cuci. Serap air dan goring dengan dedikit minyak.
2. Kupas mangga dan potong dagingnya kemudian potong kecil-kecil.
3. Campur minyak zaitun dengan vinaigrette. Kemudian masukkan tabasco, mangga dan telur kepiting.
4. Masukkan mangga, telur kepiting dan vinaigrette dan udang letakkan kedalam piring.
