最 易 受 孕 的 日 子
排 卵 期
女 性 在 月 經 周 期 的 中 間 日 子 ， 卵 巢 會 釋 放 出 一 個 成 熟 的 卵 子 ， 一 般 卵 子 可 生 存 兩 至 三 天 ， 這 時 期 稱 為 排 卵 期 ， 如 在 這 時 期 遇 上 精 子 並 成 功 結 合 ， 便 成 為 受 精 卵 ， 新 生 命 亦 從 此 展 開 ， 因 此 要 成 孕 ， 認 識 排 期 是 非 常 重 要 。


精 子
精 子 在 進 入 陰 道 後 ， 一 般 可 生 存 兩 至 四 天 ， 如 此 刻 剛 遇 上 女 方 排 卵 期 ， 正 常 情 況 下 成 孕 機 會 十 分 高 。

最 易 受 孕 的 日 子
根 據 以 上 情 況 ， 以 一 般 正 常 的 月 經 週 期 是 28 天 為 例 ， 排 卵 期 將 發 生 在 第 14 至 第 16 天 之 間 ， 如 精 子 在 第 10 天 至 第 17 天 期 間 進 入 陰 道 ， 便 大 大 提 高 成 孕 機 會 率 ， 亦 是 最 易 受 孕 的 日 子 。

安 全 期
相 反 地 說 ， 第 1 至 第 9 天 及 第 18 至 28 天 便 是 安 全 期 ， 即 成 孕 機 會 非 常 低 。

first, do you consider yourself healthy ?
is your feet and hands always cold ?
feel sick always during or after b4 M-cycle ?

If you husband is a regular healthy man, and his sperm/semen counts are ok ?
( you said both of you are checked with doctor...)

You can try chinese medicine and chinese doctor ...
The good "DEER HORN" is the best to help lady to get BB ...
The good "Donkey GLUE" is also good too...

Those thing are not tasty, but can definitely make a lady more healthy ...

Sex technique is also important for BB making ...
Your husband need to accumulate enough semen and make sure ...
he can inject it deep inside your ovary ...
never do too much, instead once a week .... but a good one ...
enough sperm and enough power ...

Also inside there can be too dry or the acidity is not correct, you need
a good OG doctor to check if your inside is 100% proper for making bb...
we all born differently... hard to say....

Don't rush, nowaday 28 is young for making BB ... if you reach 33 or so...
then it is a different story ...

Don't put too much pressure on yourself, because your emotion can affect
you and your husband ... just relax and enjoy good honey moon sex ...
consult good chinese doctor (shanghai women chinese doctor around 50-60 are
the most experienced ..)
