As I have been working in HR department of this company for years, I [find] that the profile of some expatriate employees may not fit for the relevant post. Especially [for - delete] the chief of supporting team, who [is] responsible for managing the HR & Admin, Accounting & System Department. The head office sometimes [transfer] a person [who are - delete] solely [depending upon his/her] sales background or accounting/audit experience.
