That really depence on the gate which your aircraft arrive at... However, the distance should be no longer than 15minutes...
As you arrive at the gate, just follow the sign saying 'arrival' and follow that sign, there is only 1 route and as you begin to see a number of shops, you are getting close to the main area... As you reach the main area, you will see a path leading down a set of stairs, that would be the arrival area... Just follow that and you will see a number of immgration counter there...
After immgration, there should be a duty free and next to it would be a path leading to the baggage reclaim area... You will need to walk down another set of stairs to reach the baggage reclaim...
Its usually take less than 1hour from the point you leave the flight to get through immgration and baggage reclaim... Then get your baggage should all be within 1hour as they are like Hong Kong, very efficient...

It is not far at all. It just about 5 minutes walk. Just look at the sign and then you'll find it easily. Don't bring along cigarette that more than you need as it is illegal...

新加坡的機場雖然很大, 但要行既路唔多的. 落機後跟住人流行到中央購物區 (約 5 - 7 分鐘). 之後就搭扶手電梯落一層, 就係入境大堂了 (你係入境新加坡呀...) 全程不用 15 分鐘... 同香港機場差唔多
