俾d 誠意send email問人啦如果你激嬲左人地, 人地del 你
就算你hack 左入人地到add 返你
之後見返你, 咪一樣可以del 過

You can only e-mail them to ask them why they've blocked you and ask them if they could just unblock you. I personally dont think there's another way.
