I can't use 速成

Please click into Start -- Settings -- Control Panel -- Regional and Language Options -- Languages , click "install files for East Asian languages".
If you have not install, it's will reboot after you click ok, then please go back to Regional and Language Options -- Languages.
Click Details , click Add to setup 速成 (Chinese Taiwan - Quick)
