mature - 2 parts physical and mental ...

physical = 18+ or 21+, full built body, hair growth + muscle for men.

mental = no how this world work, enough finanical background or at least
know how to plan the rest of the life ... have idea of what is family,
what life, what is marriage, what is baby, what is career, how to make a living ...
how to treat others, how to make one better, how to make more money ...

Most people are physically mature, but still acting like a baby ...
since mental not mature ...
for woman, most lady are very mature after 26 ...
men, most men are like kids, after 30 ... some even worst after 40 ...
mentally not mature ...acting like boys ...
