AB血型同O型血型是否不可以生BB???

血型除左分A、B、AB、O之外,仲有分Rh POSITIVE 同NEGATIVE
唔同血型既人生BB係冇無問題,但係Rh 唔同就有問題,
如果Rh 係negative既人,就唔理乜野血型,都一定要搵一個Rh negative既人先可以生BB,
但係好少人血因子Rh係negative架

This disease is called "Haemolytic Disease in Newborn" (HDN)

HDN is mostly due to incompatable blood type between mother and baby. Blood group systems involved usually are:

1) Rh-D
2) ABO
3) minor blood groups such as Kidd, Duffy, etc.

Rh-D is the most common one. That's the "+" and "-" of the blood group. For example, in this case, probably baby is "+" while mother is "-". Antibody in mother attack the baby's red blood cell. Afterall no oxygen to the baby's brain as most red blood cells are dead. That means Rh-D incompatibility can be fatal.

ABO incompatbility result in HDN can also happen, but not as deadly as in this case and can be easily be treated. That means ABO different father and mother can still have a healty baby.

However, still there is prevention of such disease. In this case, there should be some mistakes made in the prenatal checks (checkings before giving birth), if there is any. Please consult the doctor for as much details as possible. Since HDN can be prevented if the blood group incompatibility in mother and father is known.

其實呢個可能真係好少!
因為我自己都係AB型既!我老公都係O型架!
我地都有一個小BB，而家都三歲多了。
出世o個時非常健康，冇呢個問題喎!
其實任何血型既人都可以生BB。
只係血裡面可能有一d原素，係會對某d血型產生排斥。
所以會有咁樣既結果。
其實最安全就係做好婚前檢查，check清楚大家是否可以生BB。
如果唔係...結果只會累了下一代。

AB型 + O型 應該會生出AB型血的小孩
你上邊說的這個情況 應該是其他地方出了問題吧
所以結婚前 應該去做婚前檢驗應該就可以盡量勉除這種悲劇了

不會 血型有AB O A B 几種 而生孩子的血型取決於父母双方 配合的 情況有 AB OO AA AO BO BB 几種 AB型和O型會生出 AO 即 A型血 或 BO B型血 沒有什么問題的
