情況:沒有結婚但出生証明書上有父親姓名,但該男已結婚並育一子及已破產

1).是否能追討贍養費
2). 贍養費是否由小孩出生日起計
3). 從什麼途徑得到緩助及追討

I don't think it is called 贍養費, but is called child support.

It does not matter whether you are married or if his name is in the birth certificate or if he is already married, as long as you can prove that he is the natural father (eg. DNA), then he has to pay for child support. But if he is already 破產, how can he pay it?

你的情況係沒有得追的, 因為只係寫上父親名,但人名好難決定係咪這個人,咁你都話佢破產咁你還可以點追
